Every year on New Year holidays somewhere in the mountains thousands of fir-trees are being cut down to decorate our homes for several days, giving one more possibility to feel the Holiday, freshness... and hope.<br>
Remind us of our childhood, presents from real Santa.   And then, after some time, when the Holiday passes, expectations realize (maybe not) we throw those trees away.<br>
The purpose of the competition is production of original models of &laquo;New Year tree&raquo; from different materials    (paper, cardboard, wood, metal, glass, plastic, etc. ), comparison of modern versions of &laquo;Life tree&raquo; notion and demonstration of authors' conceptions.<br><br>
<b>Participants:</b><br>
-designers, artists, architects, national handicraft workers.<br><br>
<b>Board of adjudicators:</b><br>
- Makashova Chinara - production manager of the &laquo;National Handicraft Workers Union&raquo;<br>
- Sergey Daragan - artist<br>
- Valery Orozumbekov - architecture candidate.<br><br>

<b>Size of the works, materials:</b><br>
- Height of the models must be less then 84 cm.<br>
- Materials are chosen by the authors. <br><br>
